The Executive Body
The Executive Body is the term used to describe the voting class of members in the familia. The Executive Body serves as the head of The Poeticnites Familia. Working together with the Senate they provide the direction and leadership for our entire familia.
The Concilium
The Concilium serves as the Board of Directors for The Poeticnites Familia Inc., all officers serves as members of The Concilium
- Progenitor (1) - Serves as the Chairperson of The Concilium
- Imperator (1) - Serves as the Vice-Chairperson for The Concilium
- Consuasor (1) - Serves as a director/member of The Concilium
- Rector (1) - Serves as a director/member of The Concilium
- Consul (6) - Serves as a director/member of The Concilium
Officers
Officers provide the day to day direction and leadership for The Poeticnites Familia Inc.
- Progenitor (1) - Head of the Poeticnites Familia, serves as the President of The Poeticnites Familia Inc.
- Imperator (1) - Supervisor of the Poeticnites Familia, serves as the Chief of Staff for The Poeticnites Familia Inc.
- Consuasor (1) - Counselor/Advisor of the Poeticnites Familia, serves as a Deputy Chief of Staff for The Poeticnites Familia Inc.
- Rector (1) - Administrator/Guide of the Poeticnites Familia, serves as a Deputy Chief of Staff for The Poeticnites Familia Inc.
The Cabinet
The members of The Poeticnites Familia Cabinet are directors of the various departments of our organization. They provide the leadership and direction for their departments and work closely with The Concilium and The Senate to keep our organization focused on our mission. They also serve as advisors to the Progenitor on any subject related to the duties of their respective office.

The departments in the familia are responsible for carrying out the programs and ideas set forth to them by The Concilium and the officers of The Poeticnites Familia Inc., in respect to their various departments.

The Membership Body
The Membership Body is the term used to describe all the members in the familia. The Membership Body consists of four membership types. The Membership Body is represented by an elected group of members to be known as The Senate.
The Senate
The Senate serve as the voice of our membership body. Each Senator is elected by our members to work with our executive body and the cabinet to establish the goals and plans for our familia.

Member Classes
Every member of The Poeticnites Familia falls into a class of membership, based on the preference of the member. Members choose their class when they join the familia.
- Poeta - Poet of the Poeticnites Familia
- Scriptor - Writer of the Poeticnites Familia
- Socius - Associate of the Poeticnites Familia
- Amicus - Friend of the Poeticnites Familia
